shipping reputation. We will replace any items that may have
broken in shipping, when customer provides proof. If any items in your order
arrive damaged, please email CrystalAdultPleasures immediately to receive
a damage confirmation.
ORDER
STANDARDS
Once placing your order, CrystalAdultPleasures has the
right to reject it, refunding all costs to you. In the event of this occuring
you will be notified by email.
Since we are a small company - we are sometimes very busy filling orders.
For this reason there may be a window of up to 14 days before your order is
completed and shipped.
Typically orders are shipped within 7 days of receipt.
DELIVERY
STANDARDS
CrystalAdultPleasures discreetly
ships our products world-wide. We impose a standard shipping charge for all
destinations. This is currently $7.99 (USD) for most items.
Products are shipped from Canada to all destinations by Canada Post
(Insured).
Average delivery times are: 7-10 Days delivery for US destinations, 1-3 Days for Canadian
Destinations, and approx 7-28 Days for other international destinations. The processing of your order may take 1-2 weeks before it it sent in the mail due to production limitations. For

CANCELLED ORDERS
CrystalAdultPleasures will refund your order (partially) if and only if the following conditions are met: (1) The item has not been shipped yet.
There is a $20.00 processing fee for cancelled orders that meet criteria (1).
This means that if your order total (including shipping and handling) is $59.98 and you cancel it before it is shipped - you will be credited a total of $39.98 to the credit card you used to make the original purchase.
