All products are shipped in plain packaging material and are marked discreetly with respect to return address and package contents.

How Do I Calculate How Much Shipping Is Before I Order

It is really easy, just fill your cart with the items you are interested in purchasing and click on the proceed to check out tab. It will show you the total cost of the item, the discounts applied to it if it is on sale, the shipping charge, and the total. You do not have to enter in any personal information to obtain the shipping charge, as our rates are currently applied world-wide.

Shipping Standards

Our standard shipping rate is $8.99 for the first item, and $4.00 for each subsequent item.  Variations to our shipping rate are applied depending on the weight of the products you wish to purchase and the intended shipping destination. ALL ITEMS ARE INSURED FOR LOSS AND DAMAGE.

Delivery Times

We are a very busy company, and as such sometimes find that some orders are not able to be produced for several days after your order is received – effectively back-ordered.  It is therefore expected that sometimes we cannot get your order in the mail immediately after you order.  Our company strives for customer satisfaction and quality, and rushing production to get it out the door to you faster defeats our objective in providing the highest quality adult toys available on the market today.

If we receive your order, and we have the products in stock ready to ship, they will be processed and packaged and shipped typically within 48 hours.
Rough Delivery Time estimates for our products are 5-12 business days (excluding weekends).  International orders typically take longer, even though they are sent air-mail.
International holidays en-route are effectively categorized as non-business days.

Product Return Policy

All of our products are made to the highest quality achievable. In the event that a purchased item is damaged or lost during delivery, we will replace the item upon it’s return at our discretion.
Since our products are hand-made, we allow slight variation from item to item and minor derivation from depicted design. All sales are final and non-returnable or exchangeable except as otherwise stated. In the event that CAP allows an undamaged unopened item to be returned once shipped, the customer will be credited the purchase price of the item minus shipping and handling minus 20% restocking fee of the items purchase price.
